This is a box of 10,000 oblaten wafers from Germany for Lebkuchen cookies, planning ahead since I have been accepted as a vendor at the Chriskindlemarket in SLC this year. I will be baking all November.

Baking Stollen with Marzipan tomorrow - should have about 18 loaves ready on Thursday morning! I just tasted the Marzipan (authentic recipe with rose water) and it brings back memories.... Will be wonderful in the bread tomorrow.


Also will bake about 120 more Lebkuchen cookies. I will be adding a free Lebkuchen cookie into each Stollen order - I think many people have just not tried Lebkuchen and are missing out on how amazing it is. I just got word from my brother-in-law who took some Lebkuchen up to Whitehorse in Canada, he says the Germans all love it.
