We are a small family owned and operated business that has been specializing in making Burek Pies for over 18 years. With opening of our first restaurant in New York 18 years ago, we soon gained recognition and praise from press such as New York Times and village voice for the quality of our products. Traditional homemade fillo dough is stretched to perfection and plentifully stuffed with variety of fillings. We use only the freshest ingredients with no preservatives or additives.

Djerdan Burek has been selected as a 2026 New Jersey Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) Award Recipient by the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.
