Hello and happy Wednesday!

This Saturday, September 5 The Collective (Shutter & Brushes, Ingram's Small Batch, Rust & Regalia, Joyfully Made Soaps, and Sprout and Bloom) will be closed to take time celebrating this Labor Day weekend.

We wish you all a wonderful time honoring, being honored, and enjoying time with each other! And, we thank those who will be laboring to care for our community in so many ways while we have an extended weekend!

We'll be back open and ready to greet you on Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 9am. From all of us in The Collective, have a safe and wonderful weekend. ❤

🚨🚨 New item alert!🚨🚨

Almond Croissant Cake Bars!!!

The best way for me to describe these amazing treats is to tell you that the bottom layer is an unctuous almond cake topped with a creamy layer of almond frangipane, which is then covered with a layer of roasted almonds and a dusting of powdered sugar. Or in short: YUM! Paired with a cup of coffee or tea this is a perfect treat anytime of the day! In fact, I may or may not have kept one back to enjoy later! 🫢

The shop and the rest of The Collective is open until three today! Have a wonderful day!

PS: if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat to share, the Carmelita bars are available as well. I highly recommend warming them up and shopping with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

I am choosing to ignore the fact that on the first day of September it is insanely, muggy and hot out and instead embrace the fact that my favorite season for baking is upon me. Fall decor is up in the shop and I couldn’t be happier; let me be one of the first to wish you happy fall y’all!
