I love sharing the skill of baking with my children 💕 as they start to learn to shape and bake their own boules, they now have a mini proofing basket that is just the perfect size for their mini Dutch oven. 😍 it was also great practice for my custom proofing baskets that I will be making specifically for my fresh milled dough! I’ve been searching for baskets that are the right size and shape and haven’t found any, so I decided to make them. ✨

One thing I love is testing new recipes. I like the bagels I usually make, don’t get me wrong, but I began experimenting with fresh milled flour in my bagels 😍 they are SO dreamy!!
