I'm closing the stand a little early today so I can take my soon-to-be 11th grader school shopping. ❤️ Time flies... she's my last one still at home.

💜 Supper, Dirt Road Dough Style 💜

Last night's dinner was slow-cooked BBQ ribs with our Rosemary Roasted Garlic Sourdough... and it did not disappoint.

A crispy, golden crust. A soft, flavorful crumb. Fresh rosemary, roasted garlic, and slow fermentation make this loaf the perfect companion for BBQ, pasta, soups, or simply toasted with butter.

✨ Don't be afraid to freeze your sourdough! When you're ready to enjoy it, pop it in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes (or until warmed through), and the crust becomes crisp again while the inside turns soft and delicious—almost like it just came out of the oven.

FREEZER BAKERY SALE

Every small bakery ends up with extra bakes. Instead of letting good food go to waste, I froze these items after baking so they could be enjoyed later.

Now I'm making room for new recipes and fresh batches, so everything below is greatly reduced!

I've personally thawed and reheated these breads and treats, and they still taste wonderful. If I wouldn't serve it to my own family, I wouldn't put it on the stand.
