πŸ’œ Dirt Road Dough Update πŸ’œ

This week, I'm taking a small break from the farm stand to start summer off right with my daughter, Sharon. We'll be spending a couple of days at the beach before she has her wisdom teeth removed on Friday.

As a mom, these moments are precious, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to slow down, make memories, and take care of her as she recovers.

The farm stand will be closed this week, but I'll be back the weekend before Father's Day with some fun new items and Father's Day-inspired goodies. I'm still working on the menu and finalizing plans. I may open on Thursday, but Friday and Saturday are definite!

Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and for helping Dirt Road Dough continue to grow. I appreciate every purchase, share, and kind word more than you know.

πŸ’œ A huge thank you to everyone who follows, supports, shares, purchases, and cheers on Dirt Road Dough. Every loaf, focaccia, cookie, comment, recommendation, and share means the world to me.

As I start planning this week's menu, I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes look at last week's focaccia. In this video, you'll see the Basil Garlic Focaccia made in a 6-inch pan, and it turned out exactly how I hopedβ€”light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Cinnamon Focaccia, while still delicious, held a little more oil than I would have liked, which gave me some valuable feedback for future bakes.

That's one of the things I love about bakingβ€”there's always something new to learn, and every batch helps me improve.

Moving forward, I'll be focusing on three focaccia sizes:
πŸ₯– Muffin-sized focaccia for quick bites and variety packs
πŸ₯– 6-inch focaccia for personal servings
πŸ₯– 8x8 focaccia for sharing with family and friends
