This batch came out SO beautiful. The Simply Bread Co | A Future Worth Baking oven gives us the prettiest bake every single time.

And don’t mind me having to rescue that runaway loaf lol.

I never imagined this little business would grow to the point where I’d need a bread oven, and I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported me along the way.

Our very first bake with our Simply Bread Co | A Future Worth Baking oven!✨

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am.

When I started this little bakery in January 2025, it was simply a side hobby, a way to share my love for sourdough with family and friends. I never imagined it would grow into something that would allow me to invest in a professional bread oven or serve so many wonderful people in our community.

Thank you for supporting this dream, believing in my little bakery, and making moments like this possible. Because of you, I get to continue baking fresh, handcrafted, nutritious sourdough for our community, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful.

We’ve officially moved to Hotplate, making it simple to place your orders online. Just head to the link in our bio to join! Whenever a new drop goes live, you’ll receive a text notification and can place your order right from your phone before pickup. Everything is now in one place!

This is what most days look like around here! 🤪

No makeup, a flour-covered apron, a mismatched bandana, a crisp coke zero, and usually a baby on my hip (she happened to be napping for this video lol).

I’m incredibly grateful that this little dream has grown into something that allows me to nourish our community with fresh, handcrafted sourdough while also being home with my family.
