I have been invited to participate in a Death by Chocolate tasting event next month. I did this event last year and won the People’s Choice Award for the evening. I was up against some pretty well known places and was beyond honored to have been picked. But now, I definitely have to up my game from just cupcakes. So, tonight I have using the kids as tasters and have been told I have another winner on my hands. Dessert egg rolls filled with chocolate cake and chocolate cheesecake, topped with chocolate powdered sugar and whipped cream. I would post pictures but the kids ate them before I had a chance. 🤣

Just delivered this koi fish pond cake (red velvet with cream cheese frosting) and variety of mini cheesecakes. It took a little longer than usual to finish, but it was good to be back in the kitchen. Now time to lay back down. Congratulations to the beautiful brides!!
