Helllloooo, bread friends!!!

My hair is growing back, and I’m getting back to normal, and it’s time to bake again.
Just once a week, for now, and I’m starting slow, with one of my best sellers…

The Detroit Pizza Style Focaccia!

This is a yeasted focaccia, and it’s BIG. Enough to feed a crowd, with homemade pizza sauce and LOTS of cheddar and mozzarella cheese!
Truly, this is a biggy. I have to package it in a pizza box because it won’t fit in anything else. 😂

$25 each and I can only make FOUR, because I really need to pace myself right now. 💕

I’ll be making these on Wednesdays, starting next week. Let me know if you want one!

Gooood Morning my friends!!!!

It’s been a while!!! But I’m BAAAACKKKK!!!! Well, sorta. 😂

Starting out with a bit of a bang because OMG, Thanksgiving wouldn’t be the same without a Cranberry and Brie Pull-Apart!!! 😍😍😍

My last chemo treatment was two weeks ago, and I’m feeling pretty perky, finally. Thank you, for all of the messages, calls, treats and gifts. I really am not sure I could have gotten through the last few months without you. ❤️

I was sure hoping I’d be well enough to do thanksgiving, and I AM!! sooooo…..
Here’s the offering!

Homemade cranberry sauce and Brie stuffed sourdough pull-apart. Yum! I bake the sourdough, then cross-cut it, brush it with herbed butter, then stuff it to the gills with the cranberry sauce and Brie.

PLEASE ORDER EARLY as these sell out fast and I need a count in order to get enough ingredients. 😎

Pickup will be Wednesday, November 27th, any time.
Payment is paypal or Venmo, see pinned post if you need links, or message me.

To Bake: Remove all packaging and place the loaf in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, just until the Brie is starting to melt.

Price is $35, tips welcome, and THANK YOU!!!! I hope to be baking on Fridays and Saturdays after Thanksgiving!

Good morning my friends!

In chemo right now and I’m so doped up that I have the nerve to post my gofundme. 🙂

I won’t be able to get back to my little sourdough bakery for another few months, and the loss of wages combined with the piling up of co-pays and out of pocket expenses is just, frankly, killing me financially.

As most of you know, I’m the sole provider for my little family and finances, not cancer, are my biggest concern. I can fight cancer. I just can’t work yet.

Hope you all had a great weekend! I made a bunch of soups because I loooove soup. I have soup every day with lunch. Total soup w***e here. 😂

This week I’m making one of my two top sellers, roasted garlic and sharp cheddar. This is one of those that I don’t need to offer suggestions for. Just tear chunks off and eat it like a savage. 😎💪

Also making Nakies because I’m craving poached egg on a toasted and buttered nakey. 😂
