Helllloooo, bread friends!!!
My hair is growing back, and I’m getting back to normal, and it’s time to bake again.
Just once a week, for now, and I’m starting slow, with one of my best sellers…
The Detroit Pizza Style Focaccia!
This is a yeasted focaccia, and it’s BIG. Enough to feed a crowd, with homemade pizza sauce and LOTS of cheddar and mozzarella cheese!
Truly, this is a biggy. I have to package it in a pizza box because it won’t fit in anything else. 😂
$25 each and I can only make FOUR, because I really need to pace myself right now. 💕
