Our truck unfortunately broke down in Chappell hill and we are going to have to have it towed and repaired and we are a one vehicle home,

❗️so tomorrow we will be closing at 1pm❗️

in order to return the vehicle we are borrowing and pick up our own. We are so sorry if that causes any inconvenience :(( but we just wanted to give y’all a heads up. Thank you for y’all’s patience, support, and prayer 🩷

& we just got home at 11, luckily I made syrups earlier in the day but I didn’t get to prep baked goods so those will be back Wednesday! Again yall I am sooo sorry!!

I’m just curious! What is your coffee “hot take” or “unpopular opinion”?

Mine - You shouldn’t be selling espresso drinks if you’re not regularly dialing in your beans. Great espresso is the foundation of every great latte/drink. Flavors and toppings are fun, but if the espresso isn’t dialed in correctly, the drink will never reach its full potential. Great coffee starts with properly dialed-in espresso. If the shot isn’t good, the drink won’t be either. Coffee isn’t just a vibe it’s an art. Sooo yeah 😝
