Midnight Chocolate Blueberry Macarons 🫐✨

Aren't these so dreamy? The color is show-stopping and one bite will keep you coming back for more!

Inspired by the chocolate covered "powerberries" from Trader Joe's, the main flavor of these macarons is dark chocolate with a burst of bright fruit! Honestly, blueberries and chocolate are an underrated combo. If you've never tried them together, take this as your sign!

These macarons are made up of a vanilla shell in the most beautiful "midnight" color. Each macaron is sandwiched with a swirl of rich dark chocolate buttercream with a suprise of blueberry jam in the middle. These are the most delicious treat combining the tender, crisp shell, decadent chocolate and natural sweetness of the blueberry. A indulgent and unique dessert to enjoy on this rainy day 💜.

The way my kitchen smelled when I was baking these, I knew the cookies would be good but I didn't know they would be THIS GOOD.

Each Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookie is unbelievably tender, soft and buttery with a delicious chewy texture from the oats. There are hints of cinnamon and nutmeg along with pops of color from the shredded carrots reminding you of carrot cake. The cookies are sandwiched between whipped vanilla cream cheese buttercream making the cookie sandwich of your dreams. Every bite melts in your mouth with an explosion of flavor. These easily became our favorite cookie and I think they'll soon be yours too! 🥕✨

These Pistachio Strawberry Cupcakes are busting with flavor! 🍓☀️ This combo goes together wonderfully and each bite tastes like sunshine!

They start out with a soft and moist pistachio cake base. There is freshly ground pistachios in every bite which leaves sprinkles of nutty flavor throughout! Tangy, fluffy cream cheese frosting is swirled on top leaving just the right amount of frosting. A well is filled with freah strawberry filling and topped with pistachio crumbs. These cupcakes are nutty, sweet and fruity. A scrumptious and unique cupcake perfect for Spring!

Is anybody else soo ready for warm weather because I am! These Robin Egg Macarons are the best Spring or Easter treat!

These are so fun and not your usual Easter dessert. Each shell is colored to that beautiful baby blue color and speckled to mimic a robin's egg. These vanilla macarons are delicate with the most delicious crisp and chewy texture. Each macaron is filled and sandwiched with my perfectly sweet cream cheese frosting and peach jam. The sweetness of the shells, tanginess of the frosting and fresh taste of the jam makes for the best flavor combo! These macarons really taste like a bite of Spring!

Hey, all! Long time no see! Baby girl just turned 2 months and I'm planning on getting back into the groove of baking!

I meant to do a maternity leave post but started having prodromal labor (iykyk) and then had her early in the midst of Christmas week (she was originally due in January). Best Christmas present ever 💝.

This year may look a little different with having to navigate around our baby, but I am here for all of your baking needs! I love to bake and love all of you. Baking is my passion and being apart of your birthday parties, holidays, weddings, and all the rest is such an honor! Being a mother alongside baking is really a dream come true for me and I am so excited to continue The Little Way Bakery!
