I am obsessed with these PB&J Thumbprint cookies! They remind me of the quick peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I would whip up as a kid for an easy snack. These cookies taste so nostalgic and are incredibly delicious, especially paired with a glass of milk.

The peanut butter cookie base is soft and tender. Each bite melts in your mouth with lots of that rich peanut butter taste. Each "thumbprint" is filled with my homemade blueberry jam. It is sweet, jammy, and burting with bright flavor. Each cookie has creamy peanut butter drizzled on top, followed by roasted, chopped peanuts for a crunch. The flavor combo for these cookies is unmatched!

If Summer could be a cookie, it would be these Lemon Curd Cookies 🍋✨.
I didn't realize just how incredible these would be! Hands down the most delicious, dreamy summer treat!

Starting with the base of these, the cookie dough is made with cream cheese adding richness and making these cookies unbelievably tender. Each dough ball is rolled in powdered sugar with a generous puddle of lemon curd spooned onto each. The homemade lemon curd is luscious and velvety with bright flavor from the freshly squeezed lemons. These bake up into the softest, buttery cookies with slightly crisp edges and a tender center.

Each bite just melts in your mouth with burts of sunshine from the curd! They're my new favorite cookie and I think they'll be yours too!

It's peach season and I'm craving these Peaches N' Cream Danish Pastries! They were such a hit last year so I wanted to repost them and bring them back 🍑🙌.

These pastries are perfectly sweet without overdoing it making them wonderful for breakfast, brunch or just a yummy summer snack.

The base of this pastry holds folds and folds of buttery, soft bready layers. Each one is topped with a spoonful of cream cheese filling, slices of fresh peaches and a sprinkle of brown sugar. When they bake, the dough bakes into a beautiful golden brown color and the cream cheese and peaches get all caramelized. I wish you could smell my kitchen when I get these out of the oven! Absolutely divine. After they cool, each one is drizzled generously with a vanilla glaze.

I am so obsessed with these and they taste like a fancy pastry you'd find in a bakery in Europe. I know you will love these!

Midnight Chocolate Blueberry Macarons 🫐✨

Aren't these so dreamy? The color is show-stopping and one bite will keep you coming back for more!

Inspired by the chocolate covered "powerberries" from Trader Joe's, the main flavor of these macarons is dark chocolate with a burst of bright fruit! Honestly, blueberries and chocolate are an underrated combo. If you've never tried them together, take this as your sign!

These macarons are made up of a vanilla shell in the most beautiful "midnight" color. Each macaron is sandwiched with a swirl of rich dark chocolate buttercream with a suprise of blueberry jam in the middle. These are the most delicious treat combining the tender, crisp shell, decadent chocolate and natural sweetness of the blueberry. A indulgent and unique dessert to enjoy on this rainy day 💜.
