After weeks of hard work, long days, late nights, lots of baking, and a whole lot of determination… A Little Happy Bakery & Shop is officially ready to OPEN! ❤️

Our doors will open TOMORROW, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH AT 5 AM!

The coffee will be brewing, the ovens will be working, and we'll have plenty of fresh-baked little happies waiting for you!

We are beyond excited (and maybe just a little exhausted 🤣), but most of all, we're incredibly grateful for all the love, encouragement, and support that got us here.

A special thank you to everyone that took time out of your weekend to visit us during the Somersworth Pumpkin Festival last weekend. It was a wonderful turn-out and we learned so much about how to serve you all!

Starting today, we are open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11-6 while we round out our team, fill up our market area, and refine our processes.

Aye Pets!
Nay you aren't daft, there was activity at the bakery today. Our new staff is busy training, learning the recipes and they're doing a wonderful job.
Remember our official re-open date is October 28th and the staff is working hard to get everything ready for you.
Our menu will have some of our regular favorites and some our seasonal offerings like our mince pies, both mini and full sized.

*Hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher*

We need one part time dishwasher for the bakery, about 20 hours a week.
Location: 8 Government Way Somersworth, NH
Salary: $10 per hour
Hours: Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 12pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.
Job description: Washing dishes so we can keep baking! This is manual hand washing and it will involve using a three bay sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes. On Saturday we break down all the display cases and you'll be washing the trays, cleaning and santizing the cases and sweeping and mopping the floors.
Qualifications: Over 18 years of age, be able to stand for long periods of time and able to bend and lift.
Perks: Free bakery item on every shift, unlimited coffee or tea, and employee discount on baked goods.

Start date is October 14th.

Aye Pets!
Third Space British Bakery will reopen October 28th. You'll see us in there starting October 14, but we won't be open for business yet. Our new TSB staff will be learning how to bake our special treats so they can best serve you all.
To those who have asked about our full-size mince pies-the answer is YES we will be offering those again this year. Ordering will start on October 28th. We will need a 24 hour notice to make the pies and you'll be able to order them through our online service as well as by phone.
We're going to bring back New Hampshire Coffee and PG Tips and Yorkshire tea. It takes up valuable space in our tiny spot and we can only do drip coffee, but I know how much everyone missed it. We only have room for one flavored coffee and I'm torn between Apple Crisp and Blueberry Cobbler. Which do you prefer? Let me know in the comments which one you like better!
We'll also be switching to our fall/winter menu. You can find the new menu on our website-

Aye Pets!
Hope you all are enjoying this last bit of summer, it's been such beautiful weather. I've been receiving a lot of messages asking what's going on and when we're going to re-open. I didn't want to worry anyone, and it's not a big deal, but I'm injured and can't stand for long periods of time. It's getting better and I've been told another 6 to 8 weeks and I'll be back to normal. We hope to re-open in late October, even if it it's limited hours to begin with. We miss you all so much and I'm going stir crazy not being able to bake ( I did make some posset today for the family!) and I can't wait to get back into the kitchen. Thank you all for your kind wishes, prayers and thoughts-our customers are the sweetest!

Thanks so much for coming down and celebrating the Somersworth Feast Around the World! It was great fun.
A sad goodbye to the Talented Taleya and Legendary Liz! We wish them all the best in their future endeavors and we'll miss them terribly. And although may not have seen him- Magnificent Matt who kept the dishes clean!
A reminder that the bakery will be closed while we take a much needed vacation. Thank you all for a wonderful summer!

Hoping to see you this weekend at the Feast Around the World festival! A note to let you all know that we'll be closing down this Saturday the 8th for a much needed vacation for the next couple of months so be sure to come in for any last minute goodies before we close down.
