We usually have soups, proteins and Ciabatta for dinner from Monday to Friday and indulge in heavy duty Indian cuisines on weekends.
However these turned out so so good that we had the weekday regime last night.
Hot roasted red pepper and tomato bisque, a fair share of proteins and these crunchy and airy ciabatta rolls.
Yummmmmm !!!
