We're baking some up this weekend, so speak now if you'd like some! 6 donuts for $8! Coated in sugar or not...your choice! 😋

Update: Cookies are gone!

Good raining Monday morning! We have just the thing to brighten your day! How about some quarter pound chocolate chip cookies and strawberry rhubarb jam?!

The jam labels should be delivered to our doorstep today, so we will deliver both jam and cookies today (if it works for you) or tomorrow.😊

All proceeds are going toward Ben’s trip to Washington D.C. next summer!

Ben and Grandpa Jacobs made strawberry rhubarb jam today! It’s up for grabs for $6/jar. If you return an empty jelly jar, you get $1 back.

Special thanks to our rhubarb suppliers, Catherine Cranston and Becky Olson/Rachael Bratager! Our family’s rhubarb was out of commission this summer while it was replanted.

Ben will also be selling it at my mom’s garage sale this weekend in Rochester if you’re in that area.

Yes, Ben has been baking! He made some Easter sugar cookies a few weeks ago.

Tonight he’s working on quarter-pound chocolate chip cookies for the 100 mile garage sale this weekend. On Friday night he’s making Rice Krispie bars too. He will be in Pepin on Saturday! If you’re planning on going thrifting, let me know and I’ll tell you where we’ll be!

UPDATE: Both loaves claimed!

Hiiiiii! We hope you had a great holiday season and 2025 is off to a great start!

Sorry we’ve been quiet over here. We’ve been baking a little more quietly and more infrequently lately.

However, Ben would like to make some bread this weekend and needs some customers to claim his loaves! He can make 2 loaves, either white or cinnamon swirl. Loaves are $6 each.

So, the loaves go to the first 2 people who comment that they’d like bread! He’ll bake either Sunday or Monday night.
