Why all the photos of hands? Because our Pastry Chef is a Danish Håndværksbager (translated: a Baker who works with his hands). Meet our Pastry Chef Henrik Gram! Henrik is educated pastry chef with the Danish Baker’s degree (Svendebrev). Over the past decades, Henrik has run his own bakeries in Denmark, worked for bakeries in LA and even baked for the Queen at Søpavillonen in Copenhagen. Together we aim to deliver the best of Danish pastries, confectionery cakes and bread to Solvang.
