Quick Winter/Science PSA:

warm bread + COLD air = condensation

Not to worry! If you do notice moisture in the bag, please remove your bread from the bag to let it dry up a bit so it doesn’t get soggy. Even better - pop the whole loaf in the oven for a few minutes and that crunch will be restored good as new.
