⏰🐟 Why Your Pickup Time Matters!

Your scheduled pickup time is an important part of keeping our fish processing operation running smoothly, especially during peak season!

Before you arrive, we pack your boxes from the freezer and have them ready for pickup. 📦❄️ That means the clock on keeping your fish frozen starts before your scheduled pickup time.

If you’re 30 minutes, an hour, or more late, your boxes have already been sitting out waiting for you. We want your fish to stay frozen solid and in the best condition possible!

Your pickup time also helps us manage freezer space, incoming fish, processing, and the hundreds of boxes moving through the shop.

🐟 Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you’re running late, give us a call so we can plan accordingly!
