As this is our 1st heat wave not open - I would kindly like to put out a friendly reminder for anyone going out to eat because it’s too hot to cook in your kitchen at home - a restaurant kitchen is hell. Between the grill, toaster, heat lamps, ovens & multiple deep fryers…. Just imagine how HOT those cooks and staff are in the kitchen.

They are working as fast as they can in brutal heat to provide you with food. They are made to stand and work with only designated approved breaks. Please be kind 💛.
