A short story about one family’s bread.
It all started with this girl in the photo - Eva. But let’s go from the very beginning))
One. There were just two kids then. I (Liza) got obsessed with healthy eating and bought a bread machine. Oh, how we all loved waking up to the smell of fresh bread. I even tried working with sourdough starter.
Then Eva was born - our little wild third one… sleep disappeared, I went through postpartum depression, my husband Andrei lost his job, life turned into crisis mode… and Andrei took over the bread situation, because bread from the machine was “just okay - we can do better,” he said back in 2013.
We’ve always been like that: I start something new, he hums, critiques… and then makes it much better 🙂
Three. Fourth child, two migrations, more crises… and an old hobby turned serious.
In 2025 Andrei said: “It’s not just about doing better. I can do it professionally.”
He never came bake to tech world and became a baker - that’s how it began really serious🙈
Flatbreads, rye, wheat, seeds and dried fruits, Japanese and Italian breads, breadsticks, cakes, buns and rolls ♥️
Now I only take photos, pack orders… and eat. We never buy store bread anymore.
And Eva is the child that loves baking too, needless to say.
P.S. don’t forget to preorder today or tomorrow, baking and pickup day is Wednesday. Simply DM your phone number to get a weekly menu
