A little taste of fall 🍎🍂

Our Sourdough Baked Apple C***r Donuts have been on the menu since earlier this month, and we figured it was finally time to give them their moment.

Made with local apple c***r from our friends at Rockridge Orchards in Enumclaw, WA, these are soft, warmly spiced, and baked to perfection.

And honestly, this one surprised us. Our team usually prefers a fried donut over a baked one… but these? We’re obsessed 🤎

They’re a seasonal favorite and will be available for preorder and at our markets from now through December, so enjoy them while they’re here!

Pre-orders are open and this is the last week for both the Kirkland Wednesday Farmers Market and Bellevue Farmers Market for the season.

As we head into the quieter market months, we’ll be bringing back our weekly local deliveries from November through April. More details on delivery dates and ordering will be coming soon!

She’s a huge cat and crochet lover and such a gentle soul 🐈‍⬛

Jehdrah is our team’s main baker, but she’s also the kind of person who’s eager to learn all the little things that go on behind the scenes in the bakery. She genuinely wants to do things right, not just get them done, and that kind of care makes such a difference in our bakery. I appreciate her hard work and willingness to learn more than she probably realizes. She also makes me a better teacher by asking the most detailed questions.

We love our Jehdrah. 🤎
