Hi all!

Giving a heads up to some changes coming.

Due to very little business at the stand lately we will be changing our hours open and amount of baked items. Instead of being open 24 hrs/7 days a week we will now be open from 10 am to 7 pm, still everyday.

The amount of time it takes to ferment, shape, proof and bake sourdough is consuming the 2 days off my full time job (it is a 2 day process). I will have less bread and baked goods. If you shoot me a message I will gladly take pre-orders to be ready on Saturdays.

We will still have bbq sauces, jams, jellies, butters, jerky and eggs available. These items are from fruits and veggies grown on our land.

We will be replacing our signage soon. The handmade wooden signs welcoming folks to Trent Valley and pointing to our stand have been knocked down, one completely disappeared, even though they were sunk in cement.

I have 2 Apple Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sourdough loaves and 1 Classic left, day old. Marked down to $5 each.Come grab them....

Good morning and happy Saturday!

We have freshly baked Classic Sourdough and Apple Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sourdough loaves in the stand today. Bring on Fall!

We've restocked our Cowboy Candy and are currently cooking up another batch of Apple Butter. 🍎

Hold on for a few more days of this heat - Fall is coming next week 😁

We will be open as usual but no Sourdough.

Taking the weekend off, going fishing, day tripping and enjoying our beautiful East Tennessee nature!

Freshly baked and cooled Classic Sourdough is in the stand!

Later today and tomorrow Jalapeño Cheddar will be out as well.

Our lovely ladies are slowing down their egg production but we do have a few dozen eggs in the refrigerator. We do not use artificial light to keep them laying at the same rate throughout the year so we will have less eggs. They deserve a break for all they do during the Spring and Summer ❤️

Stop by and check us out! We have a lot of handmade items, jerky and canned goods straight from our gardens.

Got sidetracked by a few new additions to the family. After the tragic loss of our Aussie, Lucy, we rescued a mini Aussie and a couple more ducks. Going to be wild at our place for a couple weeks but in the best way.

Flavors of fall:
Caramelized onion and gouda cheese sourdough fococcia.

Apple, cinnamon and brown sugar sourdough loaves.

Of course Classic Sourdough too.

Making new flavors of cookies - circus animal white chocolate with sprinkles.

Plus a cowboy ranch snack mix.

As always farm fresh eggs from our lovely ladies plus many more items to choose from.

We won't have any bread this weekend, sorry. Taking the weekend off of bread making. Needing to reevaluate the amount of time to spend on the Farmstand since its been extremely slow the last month.

We always have fresh eggs, small treats, jerky, jams, jellies and hand-made items.
