LeilaCakes is a dedicated egg-free, nut-free, licensed, home-based bakery providing cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts to those with egg, peanut, and tree nut allergies and sensitivities. We strive to create safe products that not only look beautiful, but also taste delicious so everyone can enjoy them. We make all products from scratch, with the fewest ingredients possible. It is our goal to bring smiles to the faces of those who enjoy our desserts! We understand the unique struggles and challenges that managing food allergies can bring. LeilaCakes was created after our own struggle to find acceptable alternatives for our daughter, Leila, who has severe, life-threatening allergies to eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We simply do not allow these three allergens in our home, in any way, shape, or form, so you can rest assured that cross-contamination is not an issue. In addition, we pride ourselves on using only the finest and safest ingredients on the market, all of which are researched extensively for safety and quality.
