The last round of mini loaves turned out magically DELICIOUS 😋!

✨The Crispy Thai Chili with Cheese and Scallion loaf is SO flavorful (and a tad spicy)🌶️ .

✨The Everything But Bagel loaf might be my new favorite. It made for amazing avocado toast.

✨ The Nutella infused loafs turned out to be a little trickier in their rise because of the weight of the Nutella, so I need to try it again, but the flavor is definitely there 🤤 The Nutella, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chip was my favorite. 🥰

🥐 Check out these cutie patootie sourdough croissant mini loaves! 🥐

Made with my original organic dough with shredded cold butter folded in to create a soft, buttery, and fluffy loaf. Delicious and definitely worth trying!

In this first batch, I experimented with some sugar-coated blueberries and lavender. 💜 And a cinnamon chocolate chip swirl 🍪🥰

Exciting news, friends!! My first flavor inclusion - 🧄 ROASTED GARLIC 🧄 - was a big success in our household. This specific recipe called for some whole wheat flour (in addition to white bread flour) and so it’s a little more brown in appearance than my original loaf. Using home-roasted garlic and cold proofed overnight, this loaf is extra flavorful, moist, and springy. We enjoyed some sliced with hot chili on this rainy day and it was perfection! 🥰
