Goodbye Tina 🫶
It’s taken me some time to build the courage to post this, but here it is.
Life is like a book. Each chapter has an ending… it doesn’t mean the book is over. It’s just waiting for the next chapter to start. Some books move quickly through the chapters.. some move slow. Books take you through highs and lows throughout the story. Some parts make sense.. some are confusing. Some are chaotic, some bring peace and clarity.
Bitty’s book is NOT over, it is still being written.. just a little different than the last chapter.
I said goodbye to our beloved bagel trailer Tina. It was an extremely difficult decision, one that I sat with for a long time. Right now we are in a very full season of life with our children, and I simply can only stretch myself so thin.
I miss Tina already, and someday I might look back and regret selling her.. but what I will never regret is choosing to be present for my kids during this time.
Bitty’s Bagels isn’t going anywhere. We’re still here, still baking, just shifting how we operate for now.. focusing on bagged orders, & preorders.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Truly. To everyone who has supported, showed up, and helped make Bitty’s what it is today. You mean more to me than you know.
