Hi, I’m Gab 🤍

Usually you’ll find me here — in my kitchen, apron on, packing up fresh bakes and making a small mess along the way.

By day, I’m a commercial insurance advisor (9–5)… and by night and early mornings, I’m covered in flour, baking from scratch 🤍

What started as a hobby is turning into something of my own — a home microbakery based on Long Island.

Gift of Gab Sourdough & Co. is still in the works, but I can’t wait to share more soon 🥖
