We’re getting ready for another week of baking, and this week we’ll be at the bakery both Friday and Saturday!

We’ll have fresh sourdough, pastries, croissants, cookies, and some of our seasonal favorites ready for you. 🤍

🤍 A Friday at Aurora’s Bakery

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes before we open our doors on Friday morning? There’s a LOT of baking happening! 😂

From freshly milled Virginia-grown flour and local eggs to seasonal figs, sourdough, croissants, cardamom buns, cookies, and so much more, every Friday starts with lots of mixing, shaping, laminating, baking, and a whole lot of love.

This week, we were especially excited to work with fresh figs from a local farm for our seasonal flavor. We’re so grateful for the farmers, vendors, and local businesses who help make what we do possible. 🤍

🤍 Hi, friends.

We’re so sorry for the short notice, but due to a family emergency yesterday, Aurora’s Bakery will not be open this Friday or Saturday.

I’m going to take a few days to rest and be with my family, and I truly appreciate your understanding and kindness during this time.

Lord willing, we’ll be back next week and look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you so much for your continued support and grace. 🤍
