I'm sorry everyone, I completely forgot to let you know I would be unavailable until after August 25th. I was honored to be asked to take the position of Special Diet chef at a prestigious girls' camp in Maine this summer. Having lived in Maine for 16 years before moving to NC 7 years ago, it was a great opportunity. With all expenses paid, a private cabin on a lake, and beautiful weather in the 80s by day and cool evenings, Maine's tranquil beauty, and visiting friends, and the bonus is being in my happy place cooking for large crowds. I just couldn't turn it down.
