I make Artisan Style Sourdough bread out of my home kitchen, which yes, happens to be pink. This is the type of bread you will find in San Francisco or a bakery in France or Italy. The only ingredients used are Flour, Water and Salt and I keep an active sourdough starter at all times. Currently, I am only able to offer bread on Fridays and Mondays, but if you need it on a different day, I am happy

to work with you. Please see the posts on this FB page for flavors and pricing. If there is something you'd like that you don't see, please reach out as I am happy to do custom orders. (disclaimer- if you scroll far enough through this page you'll see pictures related to the town of Dundee. I once used this page as a platform to provide information about the town. PKB is looking to hand out a few pink overalls and officially bring some help into the kitchen!

We’re looking for:
•Baker
Training is provided. This position is mostly Saturdays, about 8–10 hours per week, with a few other easy-to-help-out duties sprinkled in.

•Market Team / Bread Seller
We’d also love to start training some friendly, outgoing people to help us sell bread at our upcoming markets!
And when we say personality matters… we mean it.
If you think you can rock the pink overalls, tell the PKB story, sell some seriously good bread, connect with customers, and have a ridiculously good time doing it, then we need to meet you!

Bookkeeper
We’re also looking for someone who can help keep the numbers, paperwork and behind-the-scenes business stuff organized. Bookkeeper recommendations are VERY appreciated!

Because PKB operates out of my home, we’re looking for people we know, or someone who comes highly recommended by a trusted friend, family member, or business connection. Finding the right people is really important to us!
