The pastry case is loaded at Wildwood Mercantile and Cafe Verté! They're now stocking our GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE in addition to our sweet & savory danishes, our semi-famous apple fritters and epi baguette toast.

Filled up the shelves at Cornerstone IGA today with fresh bread and crackers. You'll notice the new "Crostini" in the cracker section. Made with a brioche sourdough, brushed with Italian olive oil and sea salt before twice baked, it is crunchy and buttery and perfect for any dip situation or for straight up snacking!

We've been baking up an entourage of artisan, French-style pastries for the brand new and beautifully designed Wildwood Mercantile and Cafe Verté in Ronceverte!

Cafe Verte is more than just a cafe—it’s connected to the incredible Wildwood Mercantile that is filled with thoughtfully curated gear and goods to inspire your next outdoor adventure. It’s the perfect spot to fuel up with something delicious before heading out to explore (or to relax and unwind after!).

From us, in their pastry case, you'll find an assortment of sweet and savory danishes, chocolate babka rolls and crispy apple fritters. Or have a simple toasted baguette with butter and jam. Pair your choice with one of Cafe Verte's delicious coffee drinks...absolutely the best coffee in town.

The pastures are defrosted, spring is springing and our pastured laying hens are foraging their little feathered butts off. With a food forest to free range on all day and organic corn/soy free feed, the girls are producing the most rich and healthy eggs around.
