We've got sourdough pretzel fresh baked this morning, headed to Swift Level Fine Meats and Cornerstone IGA. A little crunch, with a soft chewy interior. All you're missing is a dipping sauce and a minor league baseball game.

Need an easy dinner or fun appetizer or party food? We whipped up these mini focaccias using Gallucci Family Farm sourdough pizza dough, olive oil, some cheese and fresh tomatoes, and it was a hit! The topping combos are endless....I'm thinking goat cheese, fig and proscuito next. Or a pesto and parmesan or fresh mozzarella would be delicious. Our pizza dough is sold frozen, defrosts in two hours and stretches out to a 10-12 inch pizza pie....or divide them up to make mini pizzas or foccacias like these!

Filled up the shelves at Cornerstone IGA today with fresh bread and crackers. You'll notice the new "Crostini" in the cracker section. Made with a brioche sourdough, brushed with Italian olive oil and sea salt before twice baked, it is crunchy and buttery and perfect for any dip situation or for straight up snacking!
