•Winter peppermint cake: classic chocolate cake filled with whipped fresh mint white chocolate ganache and frosted with a vanilla mint buttercream.
•Pecan Pear Crunch Cake: pear spice cake with butter rum soaked pecans for a butter rum pecan crunch filling and a brown sugar buttercream frosting.
