Hola, I’m Natalie the chef and owner of Del Corazon Pastries. 🫶🏼

In my time off I’ve been working on new menu items, you’ve seen clips here & there! 😏 I’ve changed some policies, added a minimum, but most importantly I’ve been enjoying my time as a new mom! 🎀

Flashback Friday, to when I made this fondant covered cake when I was just starting out with DCP… 🥴

Client was adamant that I use fondant and to be honest, I’ve never watched a full SpongeBob episode so I head no idea what this was about. 😅

Forward to today, I have a lot of clients requesting NO FONDANT! 😜 & I also have them use astic figurines or I ask the girls over at for their toppers! 🥰

So are you team fondant or buttercream? 👩🏻‍🍳

My wedding season begins tomorrow with Karla & Luis’ big day and when I tell you, I’m over the moon excited, I mean like OVER THE FREAKING MOON EXCITED🤪🎉. I feel like I’ve known them for so long already😂.. from capturing their court house wedding and fall session in 2022, portrait session last year, and now their wedding day.. along with seeing other here and there in the past year! So much love for these two🫶🏼. What a great way to kick off my 2024 wedding season tomorrow💗💗 AND on top of that, an amazing vendor team😩 say lessss🙌🏼.
