A little nudge from winter and two nights in a row of a good hard freeze and we hope for one last run of sap here tomorrow!!

Left the sap queen at the helm this afternoon to collect our sap and upon return it was noticeable that she had things firing on all cylinders!!
A dreary afternoon made for a great boil, spent some quality time with the dogs and our friend Bill Judge!!

We even made a quick trip to Northern Vermont to pick up our new boy on the farm! If Mr " Rubble" does his job there will be new life here come spring of "27"

The last week has been a grind for sure but we will persevere.... Boil on!!

We are winding down on finally finishing up boiling sappageddon 2026!! Our little evaporator and the maple minions have performed incredible work and made beautiful syrup over these last three days!!

Tonight we boil with the best of the best!! We love this life and we love our people!!!

The best nights are spent with the best friends and family making mother nature's sweetest treat!!!

A huge shout-out and THANK YOU to this man!! Our Chief maple minion Bob Boyd spent the entire day grinding away in the sugarhouse, feeding our little evaporator all the wood it would eat every 8 minutes!!!
All in an attempt to make a dent in the enormous volume of sap that we have been blessed with over the past three days!!
The finishing and bottling crew was hard at it this evening as well! Thank you to sap divas Ciaran M. Hatch and Maggie Martin for getting it done!!

Bob will be boiling through the day tomorrow (Saturday 3/28) and visitors are welcome! 🍁🍁🍁🍁

It's been an amazing couple of days here at the Maples! The sap has been flowing like crazy and really hasn't slowed down over the past 36 hours!! Our storage is full and we are boiling but we had to resort to leaving a load on the truck today!!

Bring it on mother nature!!

What a weekend!!! What would Maple weekend be if there wasn't a snowstorm!?!?! That said we still had a record setting attendance here for our event!!
We are so fortunate to have an incredible team of maple minions and even more incredible folks willing to travel from afar and even in a snowstorm to support us! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
This weekend was truly a humbling experience for all of us, our products from Sugar N Spice Bakery sold nearly as fast as we could put them up and the positive feedback that we had about our little operation and the education offered were overwhelming to say the least, our collaboration with Tamworth Area Maple Map was a HUGE draw and offered folks a diverse experience!
For those wondering....our most popular item ( our Maple Sriracha) will be back in stock soon, we will have it available at the bakery and by appointment here at the sugarhouse!!
