We will have handmade German style organic sourdough bread at the Silver City farmers market tomorrow May 2nd. Dense yet moist, full of flavor and nutritious. Loaves weigh circa 2lbs, the Mehrkorn more!
I will be bringing:
Mehrkorn (multigrain) $12. Rye and spelt flour, sprouted grains (rye, spelt, oat), seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, h**p hearts)
Vitalbrot $10: sandwich loaf with wheat flour, carrot, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds. Contains milk
Bauernbrot (farmer’s bread) $10. Rye and whole wheat spiced with caraway, anise, fennel and coriander
Wholewheat $10: Whole red wheat with a hint of rye (
