This is our take on the famous snack cookies--but in cupcake form! We start with a chocolate cupcake that has coconut mixed and baked into it, then it has a swirl of caramel buttercream with toasted coconut sprinkled, and is topped with a Samoas cookie to bring it all to an epic end!
