A little update since I have been slacking! I am still doing birthday cakes and wedding cakes! Thank you to everyone that allows me to apart of your special day.

Don’t be a victim!

Sunshine temps and BUTTERcream icing do NOT go together!

This is what happens when cakes are left out in warm temps for outdoor celebrations and weddings
(or on your kitchen counter for 3+ hours.

Cakes should be kept chilled until at least an hour prior to cutting. If Its over 70 degrees outside PLEASE display your cake indoors.

Tier cakes are really big and really heavy! Please don’t show up in a Chevy S-10 and think you can just sit it in the seat! They should be transported in a very air conditioned vehicle and have plenty of room to sit on a flat, level surface. The back of an SUV is what I prefer!

Our cakes and summertime have a complicated relationship. Please respect your cakes boundaries💗
