Hello to all my cake friends and clients! I am posting to let everyone know that I will be unavailable starting now until about mid March. I'm having surgery so any thoughts or prayers would be much welcomed! I plan to be back full force after this is all said and done! My new favorite cake style! First time trying the mirror glaze and it was a total success! My family is celebrated 'eclipse day' with a galaxy mirror cake! It tastes AH-MAZING! (I would finish the border with sugar crystals or pearls if this was for someone other than family, and I only used a flash on the bottom left or third pic.)
