I was super excited to take this workshop with Ashley Shirer of Sweet Dough Cookie Co. I learned so many new techniques and ways to use royal icing on a much larger scale than I’m used to. This giant 10” cookie is actually made up of 3 separate cookies to create a 3D fireplace with hearth and wood mantle. It took nearly 4 hours to decorate and was so much fun to make that the time just flew. What a great class. Thank you, Ashley for helping me advance my decorating skills at CookieCon! ❤️🍪
