Hi guys! This photo looks like an ad for a local football team, but I really just wanted to come on and introduce myself to those I haven’t met! I live in hoodies so I figured I’d meet you in my true form 😂 I’m Lauren - sole operator and owner of Cloud Nine Bagels. In addition to working work full time, I built my side bagel business from my kitchen a little over a year ago. Since I opened in April of ‘23 it’s been a whirlwind! I hit the ground running, had tons of fun doing it, and then unfortunately got hit with a case of shingles which forced me to take a couple of months off from baking. The short two months that I was officially open was so busy that during my time off, I joined up with a commercial kitchen so I can up my quantity (currently at the mercy of paperwork). Cloud Nine Bagels is an LLC. I am Board of Health checked and approved, business insured, certified in Allergen Awareness, Food Safety, and Food Management, and most recently licensed with the City of Worcester as a food establishment. I think that’s it for now! Nice to meet you - and I apologize and thank those that have been waiting. I want to be sure everyone is happy, and my ducks are almost in their row 😀 🦆 🥯 thanks for sticking with me and checking in.

Hi, friends!

Over the next few weeks, I will be transitioning out of my residential kitchen to (mostly) operate out of the commercial space.

To all that have followed up with me while I was sick, and to each and every one of you that has continued to follow my pages, I THANK YOU.

I miss everything about running my small business and cannot wait to move into a larger space where I can bump up the quantity.

👋 Hi, all! Unfortunately after coming back from vacation, I got hit with a case of Shingles. (If anyone else has experience with this, I welcome some DM’s on home remedies pretty please!) Until I’m all cleared, there’s a pause on orders. For those that have orders this week and the last week of June, I’ll be sending you a message with a new timeframe to meet. Before baking, the bagels go into a boiling bath of barley malt syrup and baking soda, giving them a fluffy inside with the perfect combo of crunch and chew 😋 🥯
