cake and a French pastry that is as rich in history as it is in flavor. It's decorated in royal colors of PURPLE which signifies "Justice," GREEN for "Faith," and GOLD for "Power." These colors were chosen to resemble a jeweled crown honoring the Wise Men who visited the Christ Child on Epiphany.

🍞 We are very excited to announce that our ✨ Summer 2026 Lowder Baking Classes✨ are now available for registration on our website, with a variety of class options to choose from! 🥖🥐

👨🏻‍🍳 These will be hands-on-dough classes held at our secondary Lowder Production Kitchen (near Pierremont Rd) in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will leave each class with your fresh baked creation(s), and plenty of knowledge and tools for future baking at home ✨ Hands on experience! Led by Lowder Baking Company Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder

✨ There will be heavy snacks (Doc’s Sandwich Shop & Deli & Lowder Baking Company Cookies) and drinks served. Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older.
