I’m out of the kitchen today, but the 415 Bakery Stand still has a few goodies waiting for you!

There are a few chocolate chip cookies, monster cookies, and a few containers each of regular and almond toffee.

The stand is open from 8:30–12:00 and 1:30–5:00.

Swing by and stock up because the weekend is almost here, and honestly, weekends are just better with cookies and toffee. Consider this your official excuse to treat yourself!

Dark, dramatic and covered in all the black ruffles and texture I could possibly add. And can we talk about that crow cake topper?! It was the perfect finishing touch.

I love getting to create cakes that are a little different and completely personalized for the occasion. From the cake itself to the custom topper, the little details make it yours.

The 415 Bakery Stand is OPEN now until 5:30…or until y’all sell me out!

A few treats ready to grab:

Vanilla meringues — $4
Chocolate chip cookies — $2.50
Monster cookies — $2.50 (contains PB)
Chocolate chip & toffee cookie pack of 5 — $10
Toffee — $5
Almond toffee — $5

And yes…my cookie labels may say “cookies” even though there is only ONE inside. 😂 I had an eye appointment today and apparently my close-up vision has officially joined the chat. My proofreading skills clearly took a hit, so just know you’re getting one delicious cookie—not a magical disappearing batch!

Another custom cake topper hot off my newest toy!

This one is for a crow-themed cake, and I am honestly loving how it turned out. The little details in the branch and leaves make it extra fun!

I’m still learning and experimenting with all the possibilities, but being able to create custom toppers to make your cake a little more you is quickly becoming one of my favorite things.

Someone I know and love (ahem…my husband 😏) has been not so subtly asking for Monster Cookies.

So I finally gave in and made a big batch of Monster Cookie dough! Some will be baked especially for him because apparently he’s been waiting long enough and the rest will be baked, bagged, and headed to the shelves at the 415 Bakery Stand tomorrow!

Vanilla meringues are making their way to the 415 Bakery Stand this week!

Light, crispy, melt-in-your-mouth little bites made with just sugar, egg whites, and vanilla. Simple ingredients, but somehow they disappear way too fast.

I’ll have a few containers of vanilla meringues AND mini chocolate chip meringues available for you to grab!

Perfect for a little sweet snack, to share (or not share…no judgment here 😉), or to add to your dessert stash.

A little something yummy joining Thursday’s treat lineup… almond chocolate toffee! Toasted almonds, buttery crunchy toffee and chocolate all together… oh my! This stuff is dangerously good and I’m not making any promises that it will make it all the way to Thursday without me eating some.

FREE TREAT TUESDAY!

I had some leftover batter and y’all know I cannot waste perfectly good cake! 😂 So… how about a free treat this Tuesday?

Up for grabs is this 6” German Chocolate Cake with all that gooey coconut-pecan goodness.

It’s already in the fridge at the 415 Bakery Stand, ready for someone to take it home!

The first person to the stand gets it! But please drive safely—it’s cake, not an emergency! 😂 No rushing, speeding, or pushing your neighbor out of the way!

One rule: Whoever claims it has to post a selfie with their cake in the comments so everyone knows it’s officially gone!

A little quieter in the kitchen this week! Later this week, we’ll be moving my oldest into his dorm at Louisiana Tech, so I won’t be baking quite as much as usual.

But I can’t leave y’all completely without treats! 😉 I’m planning to have a few goodies available to grab on Thursday & Friday—thinking cookies, homemade toffee, and vanilla meringues.
