Quick tutorial on how to create a rose with meats or cheese for a table spread...

•when choosing your meat or cheese make sure the slices are either to thick or to thin
•allow to sit & get room temperature
•depending on the size of the rose look your aiming for is the size glass you need.
(Best to stay on a small/ medium size)
•depending on size start with 3/4 or 6/7 slices on laying slightly overlap each slice.
*Press gently to assure that the slice holds form.
*proceed to next layer, place slice on section where previous layer is laped. Gently press so slice can hold form.
*continue next layer as previous layer until your satisfied with closure.

*pan seared catfish
*rice/ gravy
*yams
*collard greens
*cornbread

Shrimp & Crawfish bread

1 loaf of French bread
8oz cream cheese softened
1 lb pepper jack cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese
Alfredo
Old Bay seasoning
Blackening seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Garlic butter
Shrimp
Crawfish tails

In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese & the pepper jack cheese.
Split bread open & evenly spread Garlic butter to both halves, then add Alfredo sauce.

Saucepan add shrimp & Crawfish; Season with Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder to your liking.

Scoop over to the bread & evenly spread. Then add the mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley (optional) & Blackening seasoning.

chicken Alfredo bread.....so so GOOD

I forgot to press record when I spread the Alfredo on bread, add cheese & chicken.....I'll make another video soon
But yall get the idea
