Ordering:
A minimum order is $25 of springerle, which Is 11.4 oz. That is about 15 cookies.
You must order at least 1 bag (3.6 oz, $8) of any flavor listed above. I can make the mint with a dark chocolate backing for $9/bag.
1 dozen springerle of various sizes is 8.4 oz and costs $19.
Cinnamon, Eggnog and Mint will be offered in a limited amount, which may be sold out before December 10.
I make a lot of flavors of springerle. If ordering a springerle flavor other than anise, cinnamon, eggnog, or mint, you will need to buy the whole batch, which is approximately 60 2” cookies, and will cost $90. You may choose any mold(s) you like (please see posted photos.), but the sizes and therefore number of cookies will vary.
Orders may be picked up at my workplace (Keeper of the Well Massage in Holiday Manor Shopping Center) or by a pre-arranged meeting outside the Shively Police Department. I work till 4 pm on December 24.
I need a 1-week lead time to fulfill an order. I will be out of town from December 3 - 8.
