Hi my sweet friends and family 🩷
Long time since I’ve posted, hope this is seen and shared. I’ve been praying about this for a little while and the time has come to announce the *closing* of this beautiful little bakery.
I’ve been open for 6.5 years and that is no small feat. I’ve seen ups and downs, wins and losses, and have met so many incredible customers along the way! My faithful following is what has kept me going, you’ve been cheerleaders and supporters for YEARS! I’m so beyond blessed by you.
But I do feel a brand new season on the horizon full of good things and while I’m not done with baking, I am closing this chapter of baking. I have a self-serve bakery cart that I’ve opened over two months ago and that has been my delight here lately. It allows me total freedom to bake and create what I believe my heart longs to make — bread and baked goods 🥰 this custom baked world is incredible and never ending but it is also challenging and tedious and sometimes very hard to deal with the anxiety of “letting my customer down”. That is a lot to take on as a one-man-show.
With this chapter closing, I’m able to focus more on my family and our homeschooling journey that we’ve been on! I have two in school and a pre-k at the moment. So much juggling! My kids are hungry for more of my time and energy 🥹
So I will be closing come August! But do not fear, if I have already spoken with you regarding a future order I will honor it. I will not be taking any more inquiries or orders from this point forward as July is already fully booked.
I will be deactivating this page in August as well so temptation does not arise 😅 I do have a hard time saying “no” but this season feels like it is right and from the Lord so I am honoring my decision to close.
