This morning did not go according to plan.
After last night’s wind storm, Java Moon faced a few unexpected challenges. Our internet was down. Credit card processing wasn’t working. Orders had to be handwritten. The line kept growing.
It was one of those mornings where it felt like everything that could go wrong was trying to.
But our team never stopped smiling.
They worked together, adapted on the fly, and kept serving customers one order at a time.
Then we received this message from a customer.
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.
We’re incredibly proud of our team for staying calm under pressure, and we’re grateful for customers who show patience, kindness, and grace when things don’t go as planned.
