You all can thank Jess for her request of sourdough focaccia because it is delicious. Anyone can make requests, I’m always willing to try new recipes and combinations. Whole pan is $13 for a garlic and herbed focaccia.

A long time ago I made a chocolate sourdough loaf. I had a request for it again and I switched it up. This came out way better than the previous one. Add one to you next order for $12, you won’t be disappointed. Grill it and top it with ice cream, make French toast or eat it as is🥰

Went to make garlic bread tonight and I was out of my regular sourdough so I used the jalapeño cheddar. It tastes just like a breadstick dipped in nacho cheese. So good 🤤

So I was asked if I do gluten free sourdough. I don’t but I was totally willing to take on the challenge. Unfortunately, gluten free flour is crazy expensive so the loaves will be more expensive if this turns out. I started trying to make a starter two days ago and look! Last night it doubled. I will keep feeding it for a week and then give it a try.

I wish there was scratch and sniff for this. Playing around with some new inclusions and can’t wait to try these. We have bacon, rosemary and cheddar and then an Italian loaf with diced pepperoni, cheddar and Parmesan with some spices mixed in 🤤 If they taste as good as they smell, they will be added to the menu.
