I wanted to let you in on a little secret that I’ve been keeping since January 23rd 2026.
I woke up that morning and felt like s**t. I had slept 12 hours and was still exhausted. My skin was itchy and the new pants I just bought did not fit.. I was exhausted and pi**ed.
 so I started doing research and what I learned is that my body responds really well to high protein and low carb eating. Did I know how to do it no was I determined to not feel like utter s**t anymore.. absolutely.
So I reached out to a really good friend of mine and business partner the owner of Rollin CuiZine . For those of you that don’t know. She is a chef. That specializes and healthy meal planning and prep. So I reached out to her for her guidance and her knowledge because who else to help me then the chef who is so knowledgeable. She asked me to trust her and I did. Since January, I have lost a little over 50 pounds. By simply eating more balanced high protein, low-carb foods, and INTENTIONALLY moving my body!
Learning that when my body is not hungry anymore that is when you stop eating you don’t have to finish your plate. I had to relearn that a clean plate isn’t always a happy plate. I had to relearn portion sizes. I had to relearn what certain cravings mean and what I could eat to satisfy those cravings instead of reaching for a bag of chips, or a candy bar.

This is nutrients to sustain my body throughout the day. Well at least til lunch where 1/2 my plate is a veggie, 1/4 is protein and 1/4 is a carb.. again Rollin cuiZine taught me this.
