As always, we are super excited to create and serve up cuisine grown right here in Bedford County! This is always a fantastic ( sold-out) event and we are honored to be part of it!

In just a few short days, guests will be enjoying this beautiful view of Vannatta Farms at our 3rd Annual Farm to Table Dinner.

Our menu, prepared by Dr. Bryant and Wendy Morton along with their award winning team from Barking Pig BBQ, will include:

Butcher’s choice steak cuts from Potts Meat Processing
Pork tenderloin, chicken, veggies, and more from RC Farms
Ground beef from Vannatta Farms
Rabbit from Huston's Hoppity Heaven
Farm fresh eggs from Golden Gait Farms
Fresh artisan sourdough by The Farmstand at Raus
Veggies from Belle Fleur Farm
Cheese from Flowers Creamery
Handcrafted sourdough cookies by Pecan Sage Co.

All set against the backdrop of Vannatta Farms, where more than 200 years of Bedford County agricultural history continue to live on. This evening is more than a meal. It’s a celebration of the farmers, families, and traditions that make our community so special.

We did not get many pictures today, because we were so busy! But we want to recognize our customers/friends who came by for meat and sides (and Berry Sparkling refreshments). It's always a little bit of a party! We appreciate the new and repeat business!
We also want to thank and recognize some friends who spent the day on the farm helping, out of their own free will and the kindness of their hearts! We thought it would be 2 of us distributing the meat and one by one Duane, Kevin, Tripp, Bart & Avery showed up and stayed the course until we were cleaned up! What a fun day! We love you all!
We hope to have our next meat sale either Father's Day or July 4. We'll let you know soon!

It was a sweet day on the farm! A little rain, a little sun, a little smoke.....
The butts and brisket are coming along beautifully and we're smoking the wings fresh in the morning. If you pre-ordered, we'll see you between 11 and 1 at Golden Gaits Farm ! We've got some Berry Fizz refreshments in two versions for you too!
There may be a little bit of extra brisket, wings, baked beans and potato salad. We'll also have our farm fresh eggs available by the dozen!
Most important of all, we remember and honor those who gave all. We wish you a Blessed Memorial Day.
