Unfortunately, due to city zoning issues I have had to cancel Spring Sourdough Classes. There are no current plans for any in person classes for the foreseeable future. However, I am working on some virtual alternatives and will share more when available.

In honor of Thanksgiving this week, everyone attending today’s sourdough class is getting turkey shaped sourdough to leave with AND a lesson on how to shape and score their dough into their own little turkey for the holiday! 🦃😃

All of the remaining classes for 2025 are now SOLD OUT! I will not be holding any classes in December so that I can soak in all the holiday fun with my family!

Ice cream cakes are hands down my favorite thing to make!

Tomorrow Cooper turns 8 and this was his dessert request! It’s got a layer of chocolate ice cream, a layer of vanilla, a gooey chocolate middle layer with Oreo and Nutter Butter crunchies, topped with not only whipped cream frosting but also a peanut butter whipped cream frosting, crumbled Oreo and Nutter Butter, Reese’s Pieces, and Reese’s Cups! 🤤🤤🤤🤤
