Sorry I am a little late at posting the results! Some really great guesses everyone!

So to fill this pan I used 12 cups of graham crackers and 12lbs of cream cheese, and I got 48 squares out of the entire pan!

Unfortunately nobody got all 3 right, but there were a few that 1 of the 3 correct so I decided to change it up a bit.
