We just dropped off another Ivory Raspberry at Bourbon St. Pub & Grill ❤️

I would have brought this one with the others yesterday, but apparently I may have slightly overestimated how much time it needed to bake. 😂 Sooo…that one got given away and I remade it!

Although, I was asked if I could just burn one every week because apparently someone enjoyed the “oops” cheesecake a little too much. 😂🔥🍰

But this time, we got it right! 🙌 Same delicious Ivory Raspberry flavor you know and love, just in a completely different shape!

Different shape. Same great flavor. And hopefully…no more accidental burnt offerings. 😂❤️

We are SO thankful for our relationship with Bourbon Street Pub and Grill! ❤️ They have been amazing about letting me test out new flavors, ideas, and things I’ve never made before—and honestly, that means so much to us! 🥰

I’ve been getting quite a few questions about whether we can do a rectangle cheesecake, so this week I asked, “Can I test out a new pan with one of our flavors?” I needed to see how it baked, how it turned out, how much product it uses, and ultimately get an idea of the cost so I can figure out pricing.

As much as I would LOVE for every cheesecake I make to come out absolutely perfect on the first try…that’s just not always how it works! 😂 Sometimes you have to experiment, make adjustments, and learn along the way.

So for this test run, we took one of our classic flavors, Ivory Raspberry, and gave it a whole new shape! Same delicious cheesecake you know and love—just in a rectangle! 😍

A huge THANK YOU to Bourbon Street Pub and Grill for always giving me the opportunity to try new things and letting me turn their kitchen into my little cheesecake testing ground. 😂❤️ We truly appreciate you more than you know!
