And just like that…it’s a wrap on our second season with Mission KS Farmers Market ! 🤍🥖

This season the Mission Market temporarily moved to Broadmoor Park due to construction and week after week, you all showed up—stopping by our booth, grabbing your favorite items, trying something new, bringing friends, and taking the time to say hello. 🥹

Every loaf, cinnamon roll, cookie, and interaction helped make this season such a special one for us.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who shopped small, supported local, and made us part of your Thursday evenings.

And thank you to the Mission Market team and our vendor community for creating such an amazing experience every week. 🫶

Meet Jenny, our Event Assistant and the behind-the-scenes MVP helping keep Eb & Flo Bread Co. running smoothly on event days!

She’s the one helping us:
🚙 load + unload ALL. THE. STUFF.
🥖 make our bread displays look just right
✍🏽 get the menu written and ready
💸 make sure you know about the best bundle deals
🛍️ helps you at checkout
…and tackle about 47 other little things before, during, and after every event.

As Eb & Flo grows, I’ve learned that I simply can’t do everything myself & and having an extra set of hands has made such a difference!!

We’re SO thankful to have Jenny on the Eb & Flo team and helping us make event days a little less chaotic, a lot more efficient, and staying fun!! 💕

Turns out “running a bakery” is only about 30% baking and 70% washing dishes, refilling containers, prepping ingredients, etc.

Enter: our bakery assistant, Christine ✨

While mixing, shaping, baking, packaging, she’s behind the scenes making sure bake day doesn’t descend into complete chaos & helps create order.

It may not be the glamorous parts of running a bakery, but she helps with the things that make it possible for us to bake more, work more efficiently, and keep growing Eb & Flo!

And we are so incredibly grateful to have Christine helping us do it. 💛

Because apparently the secret to growing a bakery isn’t just about baking, it takes someone like Christine willing to wash an unreasonable number of mixing bowl & dough bins 🙈💛

This week, Mission Market is hosting a School Supply Drive benefiting Rushton Elementary, and we’d love for our Eb & Flo community to help us fill those classrooms! ❤️

If you’re doing some back-to-school shopping, consider tossing a few extra supplies in your cart and bringing them with you to the market.
