Meet the family behind the flour ✨

With so many new faces here lately, we wanted to reintroduce ourselves — we’re Eb & Flo Bread Co., a family-run licensed home-bakery in Shawnee, KS, named after our girls Evelyn & Florence 🤍

What started as baking sourdough for friends and neighbors quickly turned into weekly porch pickups, local farmers markets, popup events with other local KC businesses, and a sourdough-loving community we’re so grateful for.

Every loaf, cinnamon roll, and cookie is made in small batches from our home kitchen with lots of love (and usually a lots of fun chaos)!

Evelyn is our biggest hype girl and official cinnamon roll taste tester.

Florence (aka Flo Flo) keeps everyone smiling and never misses a chance to “help bake.”

MJ is the one keeping the starters alive, the market schedule organized, and the dough mixed.

We’re so happy you’re here — whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just found us at a market recently. Thank you for supporting our little family business and helping us grow this dream one loaf at a time 🫶

☀️ Taking a Little Summer Break ☀️

We'll be taking a short summer break from June 22 – June 30.

During that time, our porch pickup will be closed and we’ll be taking a pause from baking and orders while we recharge and spend some time with family 🌿

We’ll be back July 1 with fresh sourdough, cinnamon rolls, and all the treats you crave from us 🥖✨

Thank you so much for supporting our little family bakery this season — every order, sharing our bakery with your friends, and market visit means the world to us.

Crossroads Flea… you showed UP today 🫶✨

We officially SOLD OUT of nearly all our goods and we honestly can’t thank you enough!!

The support at our booth was nonstop, and we’re officially in nap time-mood feeling incredibly grateful for you all.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to grab some goods, say hi, or even tell us you follow us on socials (we’re blushing 🥰).

A huge thank you as well to the Crossroads Flea organizers and all of the amazing vendors who made today such a fun & vibey event.
