Squishiebaby Sweets Squishiebaby Sweets creates, designs, and decorates beautiful cookies for all of your special events I am former teacher and wanderer.

Squishiebaby Sweets is a licensed and insured cottage law in home bakery out of Shawnee, Kansas. The bakery is located in the lower level of our home, with a dedicated kitchen space. My husband and I have taught overseas and traveled to more than 26 countries. When we started our family we attempted to settle down... but we ended up moving to 8 states in 8 years... growing our family to 5 in the p

rocess. Squishiebaby Sweets has operated in Colorado, California, Washington and now Kansas. I have really enjoyed getting to know my customers across the country. August 2020, during the year COVID took over, we rented out our house, closed down shop, renovated a school bus and traveled the country for the year. Now, we are back in Kansas, the kids are back in school and I am back baking. I can not say where we will be next or what will happen in the future, but for now... let's bake...and eat cookies

We told the kids. And honestly? Their reaction surprised us.

After weeks of planning and a lot of late night conversations, we sat the kids down on the deck Sunday night and laid it all out — the finances, the house, the plan. No sugar coating, just honesty.

Their first question wasn't "where are we going?" or "what about our friends?"It was "can we keep the money from our stuff at the garage sale?"

You guys.
Last night I hosted NailedIt Girl Scout Holiday Edition in the bakery for Avilene’s troop.

It was hysterical. They did awesome.

(Today I’ll finish decorating and your cookies will be ready for pick up tomorrow! And I’ll be mailing orders on Monday)
